By registering to use our website and mobile applications, you enter into a series of legally binding agreements made between you and Casafina Cooperative Multipurpose Society.

A. Introduction

www.saversclub.ng is a savings platform available online and through mobile applications.We will alert you about any changes by updating the “last updated” date of these terms and conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. The information provided on this web or mobile Application is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.

A.1. Purpose
We offer an automated savings service.

A.2. Agreement
For the purpose of this agreement
A User is an individual who visits our website or downloads our mobile application.
A member is an individual who signs up on www.saversclub.ng.

A.3. Intellectual Property Rights
For the purpose of this agreement
Unless otherwise indicated, the site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collective, the “content”) and the trademarks, service marks, logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights under the Nigerian jurisdictions.
Provided you are eligible to use the Site, you are only granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site and the content.
This term of use/Agreement, as well as the Privacy applies to both Users and members. If you elect to become a member, you will be subject to these Terms of Use

B. Obligations

You must be 18 or older to access our website or mobile applications

B.1. Eligibility
Membership is intended solely for individuals who are 18 or older. Any access to or use of www.saversclub.ng by anyone under 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed, and in violation of these Terms of Use. By accessing or using www.saversclub.ng , you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

B.2. User Representations and warranties
By using the web or mobile application, you represent and warrant that:

All registration information you submit are true, accurate, current and complete;
You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary;
You will not use the web or mobile application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

B.3. Access
In order to access certain features of www.saversclub.ng , you must register to create an account ("member Account"). You are responsible for safeguarding User Account information including but not limited to your account user name and password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and you will notify us via hello@saversclub.ng immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your member Account.

As a User you agree that you shall be solely responsible for any activities or actions under your User Account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You agree that the information you provide to us on account registration through our website or mobile applications will be true, accurate, current, and complete.

B.4. Alerts, Notifications and Service Communications
By creating an Account on www.saversclub.ng , you automatically sign up for various types of alerts via e-mail and mobile notification. You may unsubscribe from marketing oriented emails at any time.

B.5. Mobile Application License
If you access the Site via a mobile application, then we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the mobile application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you, and to access and use the mobile application on such devices strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this mobile application license contained in these terms and conditions.

You shall not:

decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the application;
make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the application;
violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access or use of the application;
remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) posted by us or the licensors of the application;
use the application for any revenue generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended;
make the application available over a network or other environment permitting access or use by multiple devices or users at the same time;
use the application for creating a product, service, or software that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way a substitute for the application;
use the application to send automated queries to any website or to send any unsolicited commercial e-mail;
use any proprietary information or any of our interfaces or our other intellectual property in the design, development, manufacture, licensing, or distribution of any applications, accessories, or devices for use with the application.

www.saversclub.ng and affiliated organization cannot be held responsible for any financial insights or recommendations provided to Users via this platform or other channels of communication.

If you choose to rely on such information, you do so solely at your own risk.

C.4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT www.saversclub.ng ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR (A) THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF SUCH PERSONS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHICH ARISE OUT OF OR ARE IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THESE TERMS, THE SERVICES, OR CONTENT; (C) ANY AMOUNT, IN THE AGGREGATE, IN EXCESS OF THE GREATER OF 30,000 naira OR THE AMOUNT TRANSFERRED FROM YOUR DEBIT CARD TO YOUR www.saversclub.ng ACCOUNT VIA THE SERVICES; OR (D) ANY EVENT BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

Each of us can end this agreement at any time, subject to the maturity of all plans. You may request termination of your member Account at any time and for any reason by sending an email to hello@saversclub.ng

We may terminate or suspend your access to www.saverclub.ng , in our sole discretion, at any time for any reason without notice to you. Further, if we believe, in our sole discretion, that a violation of these Terms of Use has occurred, we may take any other corrective action we deem appropriate.

We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting, publishing, or otherwise making available any User information, emails, or other materials that are believed to violate these Terms of Use. Any suspension, termination, or cancellation shall not affect your obligations to www.saversclub.ng under these Terms of Use (including but not limited to ownership, indemnification, and limitation of liability), which by their sense and context are intended to survive such suspension, termination, or cancellation.

D. Dispute Resolution

If there is a legal dispute, it will take place in Federal High Courts Lagos under Nigerian Law. You agree that these Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

E. General Terms

The failure of a party to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

In the event that any provision in these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

You may not assign this Agreement (by operation of law or otherwise) without the prior written consent of Casafina Cooperative Multipurpose Society Ltd, and any prohibited assignment will be null and void.

Note that if you elect to become a member, the relationship of the parties will be governed by these Terms of Use, and any additional terms to which you agreed when you created your account.

We reserve the right to assign this Terms of Use Agreement or any rights hereunder without your consent. The relationship of the parties under these Terms of Use is that of independent contractors, and these Terms of Use will not be construed to imply that either party is the agent, employee, or joint venture of the other.

There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms and Conditions or use of the web and mobile application. You agree that these Terms and Conditions will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them.

We reserve the right to change this Agreement by posting a revised Terms of Use and we agree that changes cannot be retroactive. You agree the only way to provide us legal notice is at the address provided on our website.

F. Communication: Any notice or communication will be in writing by email

Any notice or other communication to be given hereunder will be in writing and given by (a) www.saversclub.ng via email (in each case to the address that you provide), or (b) you via email to hello@saversclub.ng The date of receipt shall be deemed the date on which such notice is transmitted.
